TA 1: Overall planning and coordination of teacher development initiatives, including school based Continuous Professional Development (CPD), and its integration into Teacher Management Information Systems (TMIS)
The technical area (TA) aims to identify teacher training/CPD needs, capacity gaps, and existing teacher development programmes and initiatives as well as developing functional CPD and teacher performance module(s)* within TMIS to help plan, coordinate and monitor CPD initiatives and track teacher performance The scope and subject-matter of the procurement is described in more detail particularly in Annex 1.1 "ToR TA1 International and National Experts".
